Justin handles everything in the field: installs, repairs, maintenance, and the hands-on work. April takes care of the books and the back office, making sure the business runs smoothly behind the scenes.
As we grow, we'll bring on a few carefully chosen techs who share our values. But we're not aiming to scale endlessly or lose the personal touch that sets us apart. This will always be a business where people know who's showing up — and what kind of work to expect.

I started 5 Lakes Heating & Air because I wanted to do things differently. I’ve worked in HVAC long enough to know what makes a happy customer — and it’s not being upsold, ghosted, or treated like a number.
When you work with me, you’ll get someone who shows up, communicates clearly, and takes pride in the work. I handle every job myself — from AC installs to generator repairs. If something’s not right, I fix it. Simple as that.
