Cost & Financing

Most full system installs fall between $5,000 and $12,000, depending on the size of the home and what equipment is needed.

Yes. We work with financing providers so you can break the cost into manageable payments. Check out our financing page for more details.

$3,100 is the current minimum to qualify for financing.

As long as the repair total meets the minimum and you're approved, yes — repairs can be financed too.

Cash, check, and all major credit cards. Financing is available through a third-party provider.

Our Processes


Usually within 24–48 hours. Sometimes same-day if the schedule's open. Emergency calls get first priority.

Yes. If your system is down and it's urgent — especially during extreme weather — we'll move things around to get to you fast.

Justin — the owner. He's usually on the job from start to finish but occasionally he will set jobs up and plan them out for other skilled techs to assist.

Most major brands, yes. We've worked on just about everything. If it's something unusual, we'll let you know upfront.

Central AC units, furnaces, mini-splits, heat pumps, water heaters, and generators. We handle both replacements and new installs.

Repair vs. Replace


If the system is older than 10–15 years and the repair is expensive, replacement is often the better long-term move. But if the issue is minor, we'll always let you know it's worth fixing.

High energy bills, uneven temperatures, strange noises, frequent breakdowns, or if the system struggles to keep up — these are all red flags.

Around 12–18 years in South Carolina's climate, if maintained properly. Mini-splits and heat pumps can sometimes go longer.

Sometimes, yes — if the fix is small. But we'll be honest about when you're better off investing in something new.

Absolutely. If another company quoted you something major, we're happy to take a look and give you a straightforward second opinion.

Maintenance & Air Quality


Yes — our membership plan includes two system checkups per year, a standard filter change, chemical coil cleaning, and drain line flushing. It's designed to catch issues before peak season and keep your system running efficiently.

10% off repairs, standard filter change, priority scheduling, two yearly unit checkups, chemical coil cleaning, and drain line flushing.

$150 for the first system, and $125 for each additional system. No hidden fees — just a flat annual rate.

It helps prevent breakdowns during the hottest and coldest months, catches small issues before they become expensive, and extends the life of your HVAC system.

Yes — we keep track of your plan and reach out when it's time for your spring or fall checkup.

Yes. We can install a range of indoor air quality products — including air purifiers, dehumidifiers, humidifiers, and ventilation systems.

Common signs are allergies, dust buildup, musty smells, or inconsistent humidity. If your system runs fine but your air feels off, we can test it and make recommendations.
